Wise Weddings Executive Head Chef, Jerry Hewett has created a selection of traditional wedding breakfasts that combine time-honoured ingredients with a unique Wise Weddings touch.
From a starter of Lymington Crab Tartlet with a fresh Ginger & Lime Dressing followed by a main course of Hampshire Pork Belly with Dauphinoise Potatoes, Roasted Mediterranean Vegetables with Cider & Mustard Cream Sauce through to a desert of Wild Berry Champagne Tartlet followed by a fine cheese selection, coffee and petit fours, you can rest assured Wise Weddings will have a Traditional Wedding Breakfast menu to suit your tastes and budget. 3-Course Formal Dinners from £30.50 per person, exc VAT.
